Buttons for Trade Aid

Button Sorting in Action

Trade Aid is a Rotary charity which helps local people restart their lives after devastating floods, earthquakes, hurricanes and other disasters. The University of the Third Age (U3A) and the Rotary Club of Rugby Saturday Breakfast have set up a joint project to play their part.

They are collecting used buttons, zips and flat irons to send to Trade Aid. To help sort the buttons, they enlisted the help of the 7th Rugby (Bilton) Hurricane Beaver Colony. The colony members thoroughly enjoyed a task. It also helped them to earn a badge for charity work.
